Access to the Platform requires registration and is subject to separate platform terms of use. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Audit Independer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is the property of Audit Independer B.V. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
